High energy DVD that'll make you sweat November 17, 2008 I bought the P90x series less than a year ago and this DVD is the next level of P90x. As always Tony brings it and makes it challenging. Enjoy!
Short But It Will Work You March 12, 2008 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
The Cardio Intervals X Plus is a must have if you love to workout, but have limited time to work out. I own Power 90, Power 90 Master Series, and P90x. Now if you have the Master Series Cardio Intervals you have pretty much the same workout, only difference is the time and some of the exercises. Tony steps it up on this one, he really pushes you. And you will notice on the new series there is less talk explaining a exercise, and more actual exercising. I really enjoy doing this one, it will challenge you. There are 15 exercises that you do, then you do them in reverse after a short break. The exercises are Run In Place, Knee Up/Knee Kick, Hop Squats, Charleston Kick, Loading Dock, Speed Skaters, Tires, Side Kicks/Side Lunges, Jockey Squats, 80/20 Squats, 3-Count Push-ups, Deep Seat Jacks, Mary Katherine Lunes, Jacks, and Carlitos 3 Way Push Ups. Some of the intervals are 30 seconds to a minute long, at different speeds. The workout is about 41 minutes long, and that is with warm up and cooling down. And like Tony says "Do your best and forget the rest".
